History
Founded in 1998 in Halifax, Nova Scotia as Gemma Group, the company quickly gained prominence as a respected Business Brokerage and M&A firm with a reputation for skilfully representing its clients (sellers and buyers of businesses) in business sales, mergers and acquisitions and search assignments.
In 2009 "GEMMA BUSINESS BROKERS FRANCHISE SYSTEMS INC. was incorporated federally and is positioning itself as a global franchisor of business broker franchises.
Gemma Business Brokers is proud member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA).
