President - Maurice J. Muise, CBI

Maurice Muise, CBI is President and Director. He concentrates and specializes in small business financing, detailed documentation and negotiations of business brokerage. He draws on his experience of starting his first business in 1983. Since this time, Maurice was the owner/operator and promoter of two retail chains in Atlantic Canada over a fifteen-year period.

In 1993, Maurice successfully brokered his first international deal in the Middle East where he successfully concluded a franchise deal for a Canadian Pizza Franchiser in the United Arab Emirates.

His education includes attending Saint Mary's University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. In 1994, he completed an executive program on negotiation at the Harvard Law School in Massachusetts. U.S.A. Maurice is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the province of Nova Scotia and a graduate of the Canadian Securities Institute.

In 1999, Maurice received his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). This designation is awarded to members who have satisfied the education requirements and conform to the ethical standards of the IBBA.
His hands-on approach to business solutions serve him well in working through the complexities facing a business owner who is examining a business sale or purchase.
